\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Das Erich-Reisch-Haus, Wohnungslosenhilfe im Landkreis Lörrach, bietet wohnungslosen Frauen und Männern und Paaren verschiedene Hilfen im Rahmen des 8. Kapitels SGB XII an. In Lörrach und Weil am Rhein sind das je eine ambulante Fachberatung und Tagesstätte (Anschrift in Weil: Colmarerstr. 3) mit den niedrigschelligen Basishilfen: warme Mahlzeiten, Wasch- und Duschmöglichkeiten, Kleiderkammer, Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten, Vermittlung zu medizinischen Angeboten. Die Tagesstätten haben täglich von 8-16.00 Uhr geöffnet. Über die ambulanten Fachberatung werden SGB II Leistungen beantragt und vorläufig gewährt. Beratung wird rund um das Thema Wohnungslosigkeit und Vermeidung von Wohnungslosikgeit gewährt. Ebenso wird aufsuchende Arbeit \u002F Streetwork durchgeführt. Die Hilfen werden vom Landkreis Lörrach finanziell gefördert. In Lörrach stehen längerfristige Wohn- und Betreuungsmöglichkeiten mit separaten Frauen- und Paarbereichen und vorwiegend Einzelzimmern zur Verfügung. In den Wintermonaten wird in Kooperation mit der Stadt Lörrach und dem Landkreis Lörrach ein Erfrierungsschutzangebot unterbreitet. Ziel der Einrichtung ist die langfristige soziale Stabilisierung, Teilhabe und Integration der Betroffenen. Dazu gehören auch verschiedene Beteiligungsformen und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten in den Funktionsdiensten der Einrichtung, bei der PVD, Zweigstelle Lörrach und anderen Beschäftigungsträgern. Für das Stadtgebiet Lörrach besteht seit November 2009 die Fachstelle Wohnungssicherung. Gefördert wird dieses Projekt von der Stadt Lörrach. Kooperationspartner sind das Amtsgericht, der Landkreis und das Jobcenter Landkreis Lörrach.
