Key activities

The tasks of the old aid planning:

  • Maintenance Structure and Participation Planning: Constant analysis, planning and control of the changing needs and care situation.

  • Specialist advice, networking & coordination: Specialist advice for institutions, sponsors, services, municipalities, senior citizens’ councils, initiatives and civil society groups. Interface between Ministry, Landkreistag, Landkreis and cities/municipality.

  • Quarter Development / Social Space Orientation: Professional and conceptual support of municipalities and famers in the sustainable further development of the local supply landscape. Support for applications for funding programmes.

  • Public relations: Development and implementation of communication strategies in cooperation with other administrative actors and cooperation partners.

  • Project management: Initiation, planning, control and evaluation of subject-specific projects.

  • Municipal Care Conference: Close cooperation with the Municipal Care Conference (KPK) district of Lörrach, which was launched in 2021. The KPK focuses on the consensus-based implementation of needs-oriented steps under (1) taking into account the results of the care structure planning and (2) the impulse feedback of the implementation results with the planning level.
