Active housing for disabled people (BWB) for mentally ill and mentally handicapped people in their own apartment

The service provider provides outpatient integration assistance for self-resident living in the home for permanently substantially mentally handicapped people. The application is made within the scope of the social participation benefits in the form of assistance benefits according to § 113 para. 1 i. V. m. § 78 para. 1 SGB IX. Support and support covers the following areas: - help to secure the material existence and legal claims - support in the procurement and maintenance of an apartment - guidance and assistance to manage everyday life as independently as possible - the development of an adequate daily structure - promotion and maintenance of participation in social life - assistance for disease management - crisis intervention - cooperation with other services, organizations and reference systems.
