German Red Cross - Local Association Herten

Herten is a district of Rheinfelden. And because the Red Cross divisions in the Baden Red Cross did not carry out the municipality and district reform of the 1970s, the DRK Ortsverein Herten belongs to the district association Lörrach and the Ortsverein in the core city of Rheinfelden belongs to the DRK-Kreisverband Säckingen e.V.

The Hertener Ortsverein was founded in November 1971. Its active members have the core tasks Medical service, civil protection, disability care, senior gymnastics, Education of the population in First aid and youth work in Youth Red Cross prescribed.
