She social station supports all people at home. Our goal is that people can live safely and independently at home. We maintain, advise, accompany and support. Together we find flexible and individual solutions - all from a single source (excerpt from our mission statement). The field of activity includes: domestic care assistance within the framework of the Nursing Insurance Act (primary care and domestic care), treatment care in cooperation with the attending physician, follow-up care after a hospital stay, nursing courses for relatives and volunteer nurses, guidance and training on site, advice and placement in the nursing, pastoral and social area
Home and family care: General domestic help outside SGB XI, seat guards for seriously ill and dying, home emergency call, food on wheels (in cooperation with the Familienzentrum Rheinfelden e.V.), Kinaesthetic training in their home, assisted living at home
