Objective Municipal Care Conference it is based on the knowledge of Older aid planning of the district and in cooperation with practice, politics and administration - through networked solutions to use the available resources purposefully and effectively. In this way, the challenges can be met in a bundled manner.

To achieve this goal, the Municipal Care Conference works cyclically in four phases: idea development, implementation, safeguarding and consolidation. The office of the Municipal Care Conference is supported by funds from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration Baden-Württemberg. The implementation and safeguarding of urgent measures is made possible by district and third-party funds. The aim is to consolidate successful measures at the municipal level in close cooperation.
