The Contact and Information Centre for Self-Help (KISS) offers comprehensive advice and information options:

• Advice on self-help for citizens, specialists and institutions of social and health care

• Support in the search for support groups

• Support for the re-establishment of self-help groups and on request support in the initial phase

• Advising self-help groups on organizational, financial and group dynamics issues

• Networking of self-help in the region and facilitating contacts between self-help groups and health and social professionals

• Representation of interests in matters of self-help in committees and working groups

• Implementation of technical events, training courses and projects

• Publicity work

All KISS services are free of charge. All requests shall be treated as confidential.
