La Leche Liga Still group Lörrach

La Leche Liga (LLL) is an international and non-profit organization with the aim of offering professional and emotional support to all questions about breastfeeding and motherhood. It is politically and religiously independent and represented in almost 80 countries in the world. La Leche Liga Deutschland e.V. is part of La Leche League International and has been organized in Germany since 1977 as a registered non-profit association in regional silent groups. The silence group in Lörrach has existed since 1999.

LLL counselors are themselves mothers of (formerly) breastfed children. They have completed a two-year training, are accredited and are obliged to continue to train in order to be able to provide advice at all times up to date with the latest knowledge. They accompany parents emotionally and through expertise through breastfeeding. They are guided by the philosophy of the La Leche League. The advisory work is done exclusively on a voluntary basis. The consultation is carried out by telephone, e-mail and in open, monthly breastfeeding groups.
