With our reliable and innovative offers, we create individual opportunities for advice, support, participation, integration and inclusion.

• Lebenshilfe Lörrach e.V. was founded in 1964 by committed parents of mentally handicapped children as a self-help organization.

• The association is today the carrier of many services and facilities: 750 children, young people and adults are supported and accompanied in the district of Lörrach.

• 280 specialists and over 100 volunteers work for Lebenshilfe Lörrach e.V. In addition, young people can complete their voluntary service, an apprenticeship or a dual degree program.

• The association is part of the state and nationwide Lebenshilfe movement – the largest interest group for people with intellectual disabilities and their relatives in Germany
