You can’t start with music early enough!

“Music for Children” is a music school that has been established for more than 20 years and appeals to families with children from birth to school age. In small groups, the children experience the world of rhythm and sound, body feeling and hearing through fun and play. We sing, sound, dance, listen and drum together – always in harmony with the joy of making music. Especially for the youngest, playing music together means a feeling of security and trust that they already know from the womb.

We are active in many places in the district (Schopfheim, Lörrach, Weil-Haltingen, Kandern, Wehr, Bad Säckingen). Close-to-home music with children of the same age enables the young families to make initial social contacts from the surrounding area in our courses. 

Our courses start in September and February - an entry in between is possible at any time with free seats. One semester comprises 17 course units.

Qualifications

Our team consists of experienced mothers with music education. Through regular training, workshops and exchange of ideas, we maintain our high quality standards. In the back office, we attach great importance to excellent communication.

Key activities

We offer music courses of different ages from birth to school age:

Baby music garden - for children from 4 weeks to about 1.5 years (accompanied by a parent)
Mini music garden - for children from about 1 to 2 years (accompanied by a parent)
Maxi music garden - for children from about 2-3 years (in the company of a parent)

Colourful music garden - family courses in the afternoon for children from about 1.5 to 4+ years (accompanied by a parent)
Experience world Music - afternoon courses for children from about 3-6 years (without the accompaniment of a parent)
