The “working group barrier-free” pursues the goal of directly and responsibly involving people with various restrictions, organizations, associations, groups and other institutions.

Priority tasks therefore include:

Representation of the rights and needs of citizens living in Rheinfelden vis-à-vis the public, politics and administration
Actively promote cooperation between all local actors in this area
Showing existing conditions, facilities and necessary improvement possibilities
Advising administration and politics - e.g. through timely involvement in public construction projects in order to pay attention to the aspects of accessibility
Advising the administration and other bodies on the implementation of measures affecting citizens and their entire situation
