School kindergarten of the Karl-Rolfus-School

The school kindergarten of the Karl-Rolfus-School accommodates children with mental or mental and physical disabilities, as well as children in need of special support. Children who are not able to attend the regular kindergarten due to their intellectual abilities, behaviour, sensory impairment or physical or language impairment are considered to be particularly in need of support.
The aim is the holistic promotion and individual preparation for later school attendance. Support is provided by an interdisciplinary team. Physically disabled children receive occupational or physical therapy. The resources of the school (swimming pool, playground, kitchen, garden, Snoezelraum etc.) can be used.
