Self-help group "Angstphase Rheinfelden"

We are a self-help group on anxiety and panic disorder, social phobia and agoraphobia. 
The aim is that the group is a community in which we can be as we are with fear, but also with all the other things that make us stand out because we are more than just afraid. 
It is important to us that we can exchange ourselves with each other about everyday life and life with the disease. Possibilities for joint recreational activities outside the monthly meeting will be sought and realized together.
Interested people are invited to always find themselves on the first Monday of the month, at 7 p.m. in the Metamorphose, Leverstraße 23a in Rheinfelden.
