The Breast Centre of St. Elisabethen Hospital treats all breast diseases in women and men. The centre is an important part of the oncological focus Lörrach/Rheinfelden. Therapy decisions are made here in the interdisciplinary tumor board. In addition to the gynecologists of our house, the tumor board also includes internist oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and radiation therapists. Our offers: breast consultation: consultations, ultrasound, breast tissue sampling, follow-up operations: breast-preserving operations, ablative procedures, primary and secondary reconstruction, guardian lymph node biopsy from the armpit, enlargements and reductions of the breast for medical reasons, operations for enlargement of the male breast (gynecomastia), holistic care: pastoral care, social counselling, psycho-oncology, pain therapy, bridge care, breast care nurse, wound expert, oncological specialist care
