Welcome to FRIEDA! A lovely word, an open ear - that is a matter of course for us. Because we do not just rent an apartment, we are particularly concerned about an open and active cooperation. Every day, residential construction works together with the cooperating care service to achieve this goal: to create a safe home in which our residents feel comfortable around them and can grow old self-determined with support and in community. Although our form of living is not a supervised living in the true sense, it is our aim to look after our 60+ tenants in the best possible way and to create a communal atmosphere.
