What our care includes:

• Regular one-on-one meetings

• Assistance in securing livelihood

• Assistance in administrative matters

• Direction to work and employment opportunities

• Working together to develop a meaningful daily structure and support in the search for contact

• Leisure activities (e.g. day care centres, leisure clubs)

• Everyday practical support and exercise of appropriate skills (e.g. household management, shopping, nutrition, personal care, laundry care)

• Advice and support in current crises and conflict situations

• If necessary, the involvement of the social environment (members, friends or neighbors).
