Advice and support on child support issues

Children of separate parents are entitled to maintenance. The parent, in which the child lives predominantly, fulfils his maintenance obligation through care and education. The other parent shall comply with his maintenance obligation by paying cash.

We advise the caring parent with regard to the amount of possible maintenance claims. This is measured according to the personal and financial circumstances of the parent, subject to the obligation to pay.

If a change model is lived with the same care periods of the child, we advise the parents together about a possible maintenance obligation to be tested.
