Requirements for the use of the offer
House and family care is usually a legal service of health insurance companies. Condition:
A child under 12 years of age or a disabled family member lives in your household. Ask your doctor, doctor or midwife for an attest in which the need and the required amount of hours for the so-called “budget assistance” is detected. With this attest, you submit an application for ‘budget assistance’ to your competent cost institution (sickness fund, pension insurance institution, professional association, accident insurance, aid) or to support by the Social and Youth Office. Please contact us as soon as possible!
Our operational leaders will be happy to support and advise you – even in the application!
Once your cost carrier has approved the support for your family, we plan an employee for you and are there for you directly.
