Requirements for the use of the offer
House and family care is usually a legal service of health insurance companies. Condition:
Your household has a child under 12 or a disabled family member. Ask your doctor or midwife for a certificate stating the need and the required hours for so-called “household help”. With this certificate, you submit an application for "household help" to your responsible cost carrier (health insurance, pension insurance institution, professional association, accident insurance, allowance) or for support from the Social and Youth Office. Please contact us as early as possible!
Our operational leaders will be happy to support and advise you – even in the application!
Once your cost carrier has approved the support for your family, we plan an employee for you and are there for you directly.
