Hypopressive training

Hypopressive training is a wonderful breathing technique in which the cooperation of diaphragm and pelvic floor is used. Hypopressive exercises are an orderly series of posture and breathing exercises that build up a vacuum (vacuum) for the organs in the basin floor.

When the breath is stopped short, a suction is generated on the inner organs. Here, there is a lifting of the basin floor, a natural contraction of this, and the entire deep hull muscle.

In training we take positions that bring the joints and the muscles in an optimal load situation. An upright posture is crucial to reduce the pressure in the abdominal cavity and thus relieve the pelvic floor, the abdominal wall and the lower back.

Hypopressive training has a positive effect on:

  • Structure

  • Basin floor Tonus

  • Incontinence and reduction symptoms

  • digestion

  • Strengthening the pelvic, abdominal and back muscles

  • Reduction of back pain

  • Prevention and improvement of disc precipitations, rind and/or abdominal ruptures

  • Stress reduction and mood lightening

Training is suitable for all ages and sexes.

Only exceptions:

  • Pregnancy, COPD and organ transplantation.

  • During the time in the weekbed: Participation is only possible from 6 weeks after birth (at an average of 8-12 weeks)
