Kreißsaal

A cracking room is a very special place, a place where life changes. Therefore, it is particularly important that you feel safe and competently accompanied there, reliable and facing. 

Around 2,000 children each year see the light of the world in the "Kreißsaal" of the St. Elisabethen Hospital. There are six cold rooms, a monitoring room, a birth bath, relaxation bath tubs and a separate Kreißsaal OP.

Our birth rooms are attractive and cosy so you can feel comfortable during the birth. In addition to our regular offerings of features such as pezzibules, massage balls, beer stools, mats and rebozo towels, we offer you aromatherapy, acupuncture, TENS equipment, acupuncture massages, acupuncture and homeopathy as supportive therapies under birth. 

Our goal is to offer you a 1:1 assignment as best as possible. We work in the 3-shift system. Each layer is occupied by three examinated midwives, midwife students, an obstetrician and at least one assistant physician.

In addition to the Kreißsaal occupation, we can guarantee you the presence of nurses/children's doctors, anaesthesia staff and OP staff around the clock. So we have the opportunity to offer you a safe birth aid at any time and in any situation.
