In living with children, there are always situations in which caregivers feel overwhelmed and reach their limits.
• What helps if I no longer know? What can I do specifically?
• Why do children react and behave the way they behave?
• Does it really have to be loud until children hear?
• Are there alternatives to threats, scolding, punishment?
• How do I use conflicts and difficult situations so that children can grow and learn?
• How do siblings learn to treat each other respectfully?
• What does it take to strengthen sibling bond?

Relationship instead of education
A course that shows ways to accompany and strengthen children in an appreciative yet clear way in their frustration tolerance, self-worth and self-confidence. Reference persons are given the opportunity to expand their possibilities for action and to be strengthened in their educational competences. Thus, destructive action impulses of children and adults can be recognized, interrupted and replaced by helpful, appreciative action patterns. The course makes it possible to understand child behavior and to place it in the appropriate contexts. For example, different needs are discussed at different developmental stages of the children. The needs and self-care for caregivers are also discussed. This creates a space in which parents, caregivers, children and the entire family are seen. Practical tools and answers to their questions are preserved in an appreciative, value-free and trusting atmosphere.
