Recent studies have shown that every 3. Children in their primary school years are already confronted with bad conflicts and stressful situations. That is definitely too much. Therefore, together, let us make your children strong against insults and hurtful conflicts. Through targeted exercises, the children learn playfully and interactively very concrete strategies and options for action in dealing with insults, provocations, removal of objects and threat of violence. In addition, the perception of feelings and their meaning are discussed.

Through the training, the children get more security and self-confidence in everyday life. Respect for each other is promoted and purposefulness and focus is trained.

This mentally strengthens the children and allows them to look positively into the future.
