Custody

Unmarried parents of joint children may declare joint parental care by making a declaration of custody. The declaration of custody can be made both before and after the birth of the child.

The declaration of concern can be submitted to the Jugendamt of your choice.

The prerequisite is the existence of a legally validated paternity as well as the minority age of the child. In addition, no judicial decision on parental care may have been given.

The funeral at the youth office is free of charge.
