Yoga for primary school children with Stefanie Drobnik

Playful yoga experience & find inner strength In children’s yoga, children discover in a creative way how well movement and calm fit together. Through stories, games and simple yoga exercises, they learn to breathe mindfully, focus and find inner strength – without any pressure to perform. Yoga promotes body awareness, balance and confidence and helps reduce stress and restlessness. In each hour there is a movement part and a relaxation part. The course is suitable for primary school children between 7-9 years old.
