In your apartment you can arrange a call for help by pressing a button and do not have to do anything else afterwards. As soon as our employee contacts you simply speak into the room. The hands-free device saves you the way to the telephone. You will then be asked about the reason for the emergency call and, as required, relatives, friends, neighbors, your family doctor or the emergency service will be informed immediately.

You have given us the contact persons you have specified beforehand. It is also advantageous to deposit your apartment key with us, so that we can reach you quickly in a medical emergency and not stand in front of a closed door.

Easily installed and ready for use - your home emergency call system

We provide you with a home emergency call device that works independently of an existing telephone. The prerequisite is the availability of a mobile radio network. The base station of the home emergency device is complemented by a radio transmitter, which can be comfortably carried on the wrist or like a chain around the neck. Emergency calls can be triggered by the emergency call button at the base station, the radio transmitter, but also by additional sensors such as radio smoke detectors, radio motion detectors or radio contact detectors.

Our home emergency service naturally adapts to your needs. With various additional services, you can also comfortably expand your personal home emergency call. 

It just works

To trigger an emergency call, you simply have to press the red alarm button on the base device or the radio transmitter. Immediately, a telephone connection with the house emergency call center is automatically established. Employees in the home emergency center immediately recognize the caller through the system, talk to him and initiate necessary measures. If there is a medical emergency, the emergency service is sent immediately. If there is no medically safe emergency, relatives, neighbors or the home emergency background service are informed to send the necessary help.

       4.00 € GSM flat-rate fee (SIM card)
