Landkreis Lörrach receives Bündnis 52-Förderpreis
The digital platform “GesundSozial.digital – die digitale Gesundheits- und Sozialkompass für den Landkreis Lörrach” has been awarded the funding prize “Gesund Kommune 2025” by the alliance 52 association Baden-Württemberg. Creative and sustainable initiatives for health promotion in municipalities are presented. The award ceremony took place today, on Wednesday, 25 February, at the Lörrach County Council. The prize money of 5,200 euros is used for the further development of the platform and for the promotion of digital participation and the health competence of disadvantaged target groups.
The funding price is already awarded for the 13th time by the Bündnis 52-Verbändekooperation Baden-Württemberg, a merger of the BKK Landesverband Süd, the IKK classic, the Knappschaft and the vdek-Landesvertretung Baden-Württemberg. Together they represent more than half of the legally insured persons in Baden-Württemberg. One goal of the cooperation is the sustainable support of municipal prevention projects.
“GesundSozial.digital – the digital health and social compass for the district of Lörrach” bundles reliable information and appropriate offers from the areas of health and welfare for the people in the district of Lörrach. Among other things, information on illness, treatment and prevention, movement and health offers, psychosocial support offers, offers for elderly and mobility-restricted people, counselling and self-help offers as well as regional starting points and lots structures are presented.
Landrätin Marion Dammann: “GesundSozial.digital stands by way of example for our ambition to promote health protection, prevention and care in the county – together with strong partners. Support from health insurance companies and other actors is indispensable. At the same time, it is important for us to offer these partners a platform that develops the impact, creates orientation and makes a real contribution to prevention and care. ‘
A special focus is on older and remote people as well as on people with restrictions. The implementation of the digital participation measures is supported by a project group of the municipal care conference, which develops precise support offers together with regional partners. These include, among other things, the use of digital slots, personal consultations, quarterly actions and training offers. The aim is to provide low-swell access to the platform and to promote independent use in everyday life.
All regional associations and initiatives from the health and social sector are setting up their offers on the platform and networking digitally. This creates a sustainable, inclusive and transparent infrastructure of general interest.
“The jury, consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Integration of Baden-Württemberg, the local regional associations and the alliance 52-association cooperation, has dealt with all the applications,” reports Gabriele Ebner, regional commissioner of the alliance 52-association cooperation for the Lörrach County. “Preparation for an award was the agreement with the prevention guide of statutory health insurance. In addition, the creativity, sustainability and participation of various actors in the implementation of the concepts were evaluated. We look forward to the award of the prize this year to the district of Lörrach”. It is one of nine municipalities that will be awarded the 2025 award of the alliance 52 association.
The platform bundles all relevant health and social services centrally, barrier-free and multilingual. It makes the information easily accessible to all people in the county and thereby allows them to use the supply system more specifically. The platform is continuously evaluated and updated and expanded in terms of content and technology.
